A state-of-the-art PC-based control upgrade replaces your outdated
control with a commercial PC computer configured with a Monarch-developed software to
operate the machine tool at sustained high performance levels. A one-year warranty is
included with this package
The GE Fanuc Package includes control, servo drives, input and output
devices, revised pendant mounting and universal electrical cabinet.
The Siemens Controller Package replaces outmoded GE AC200 and General
Motion controllers.
A two-controller warranty and one-year parts warranty are included with the GE Fanuc
and the Siemens packages.

PC based controller upgrade
Services include: A state of the art PC-based controller configured with hardware and
software to update the outdated CNC equipment on your reliable Monarch machine tool. This
upgrade will allow you to continue to profit from the investment grade quality of your
Monarch machine and begin to enjoy the state-of-the-art features of your new PC-based
CNC/PLC system. This PC-based controller upgrade may be expanded to include the servo
drives, servo motors, spindle drive and spindle motor as required by your specific needs.

Services include: Siemens servo drives and motors (X,Y, Z & W axis), tool change
motor, Z motor gearbox, tool chain drive, 10-kW infeed module, motor adapters, motor
brackets, interconnect cables and relays, installation. Available for 208/230/575 VAC and
460/480 VAC operation. Living expenses included. Travel expenses billed at cost.
For Monarch VMC model 75 with CSR Powertron drives.
Services include: Siemens servo drives and motors (XYZ & W axis) tool change
motor, Z motor gearbox, tool chain drive, 10 kW infeed module, motor adapters, motor

Services include: Siemens 611 spindle motor and drive, line reactor, over-voltage module,
motor encoder cable, gearbox bearings, seals, shifter shoes, spindle motor and gearbox
input shaft pulleys, belt, relays, and installation. Available for 208/230/575 VAC and
460/480 VAC operation. Living expenses included. Travel expenses billed at cost.
For VMC models 45B and 75B with Powertech drive
